Shantala Shivalingappa will lead you through some basic elements of the classic Indian dance style, Kuchipudi. Footwork, rhythms, hand gestures, facial expressions, body language and storytelling define this old tradition and will be used during the workshop.
You will as well experience general movement and body and space awareness as well explore sensitivity exercices.
