As an aspiring alternative practitioner, the health of the body is my top priority. It all started five years ago with a trip to India. I was so inspired by the people and their connection to the body and nature that I decided to complete my yoga training there. In the depths of the Himalayas, I got to know Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga as well as Vinyasa Flow. Four years and three Vipassanas later, I ended up back in my hometown of Berlin. There I crossed paths with Carsten & Yoga Rebellion. Since this place in Mitte corresponds to my values, I now enthusiastically teach yoga & meditation for beginners as well as advanced students in German or English.

I was born and raised in Munich and studied performing arts at the “Universität der Künste” in Berlin, during that time I completed a 200-hour Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga teacher training. The transformative impact of the Asanas helped me to deal with stage fright and gave me a deeper understanding of my body. Aside from the mental benefits my practice increased my strength and flexibility which helped tremendously my work as a performer. I hope to bring a sense of ease and joy to your Yoga practice.
