Pincha Workshop
Strength • Mobility • Technique
This workshop is about understanding your body, improving your practice, and enjoying the journey of improvement.
Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand) is an inversion that combines strength, mobility, and proper alignment. In this intensive workshop, you’ll explore the key foundations behind the posture, refine your technique, and build confidence through a progressive approach.
What you’ll learn:
Alignment and technique
Shoulder stability and core activation
Drills to build strength, control, and confidence
Variations, progressions, and safe falling techniques
How to use the wall and props effectively
Personalized tips tailored to your practice
The approach: Drills before skills
During this two-hour workshop, we break Pincha down into its key elements so you can identify what needs the most attention in your practice. Through focused drills, you’ll develop the strength, mobility, and awareness needed to build a stronger and more stable forearm stand.
