Thai Intuitive Massage as an Act of Care and Support
This workshop offers an introduction to Thai massage, providing practical tools for caring for ourselves and supporting those around us.
Through touch, presence, and attentive listening, we can create oases of rest for our bodies and minds and offer support to our close ones.
What to expect
We will explore the foundations of Thai massage, including:
Palming and rocking
Learning to listen through touch rather than technique alone
Sinking into a shared field of presence, care, and connection
This workshop is open to complete beginners and anyone curious about touch as a practice of attention, support, and human connection.
Come with a friend or on your own.
Limited to 10 participants to support an attentive and nourishing learning environment.
