OUT OF BREATH? A Pranayama Workshop
Do you run out of breath more often than you'd like?
Or have you ever wondered what your breath is actually capable of?
Join us for 2.5 hours of exploring the breath — from the science of breathing to the ancient yogic practice of Pranayama.
We'll get into the physiology, experiment with different breathing techniques, explore how breath influences body and mind and discover what happens when you stop letting your breath simply run on autopilot.
You'll leave with a better understanding of your breath and practical tools to consciously work with it — in your yoga practice, your training, and everyday life.
No previous yoga or Pranayama experience needed. Just bring your curiosity — and your lungs. 😉
For yogis, meditators, athletes, dancers, swimmers, cyclists, runners, and anyone curious about the breath. Pregnant participants are very welcome. Please check with your doctor or midwife beforehand so we can adapt the practice to your needs.
We will explore
Understanding the physiology of breath
Experimenting with different breathing techniques

Learning practical tools to work with the breath consciously
With a background in dance, yoga, and sound meditation, Marie creates spaces to slow down, explore, and reconnect. Growing up in the mountains shaped her love for stillness, nature, and simplicity.
