Here we invite our sense of freedom to come and play on our mat, exploring Vinyasa flow with creative approach combining focus, precission, strength, mobility and mindfulness. Express your energy and emotion through curated music in this class that will guarantee your fingers and toes will dance too!
Diaz projects happiness and creativity in his teaching. Blending Vinyasa Flow, Budokon, Qigong, and Inside Flow making the dynamic fusion between mindfulness, movement, strength & challenge into his class. With 500 hours YTT under his belt and his background as a choreographer has brought his class to sequence the poses together like a dance to a whole new dimension. He'll guide your practice out of the box and set your mind and body to expand all sort of possibilities. His class is rather fun, playful, energetic and funky at the same time.
